Thank you for shopping with us. Below you will find information that can answer most of our frequently asked questions.
 

Due to a variety of  “glitches”, including refused shipments, breakage claims, customs regulations, charge card irregularities and others, it is no longer viable for us to sell internationally at the retail level.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Orders ship from the North Carolina facility within 2 or 3 business days.

Shipping Charges Within Continental United States:

We ship USPS.
Additional charges will be applied for alternate shipping methods.


Claim Policy:
All claims either for broken, defective or returned merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Broken or Damaged Merchandise:
It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the local USPS office. All original packing materials must be kept even if there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton. Items will be replaced if possible. If no replacement is available, a credit or refund will be issued to the buyer.

Defective or Returned Merchandise:
All returns must be insured. Defective items will be replaced if available. For returned merchandise, your account will be credited for merchandise only. Return merchandise to the following address:

No Replacement or Credit Will Be Given Under The Following Conditions:
The request is made after 10 days from the receipt date.
The item is returned without an outer carton.
The item is returned without the original box and all paperwork.
Writing or improper handling has marked the item or box.
For USPS damaged merchandise, you have not kept the original shipping carton for the inspector.
